Architectural Principles
Database Integrity & Strict Financial Auditing
All ledger operations—including Khata receivables, cashbook receipts, and settlement batches—are recorded with immutable audit logs and row-level database transactions. Double counting and phantom stock movements are mathematically impossible.
Zero Unverified Deliveries
Our dual-handshake protocol requires a merchant pickup OTP and a customer delivery OTP. A delivery partner cannot falsely report an order as delivered without the customer's real-time authorization.
Private Merchant & Partner Documents
KYC documents (GST certificates, FSSAI licenses, driving licenses, and vehicle registrations) are stored in an isolated private disk storage inaccessible to public HTTP requests. Only authorized platform administrators with audited review privileges can inspect KYC records.
